The Bar Program

Craft Cocktails

Beverage program curated by Kevin Jones

Happy Hour: Monday all day, Tue–Thu 3–7PM, Fri 3–9PM

Every drink is built to order behind the brass rail: fresh juice, proper ice, and a whiskey shelf deep enough to keep the conversation going.

  • The Spicy Flamingo cocktail, a chili-rimmed grapefruit drink with a dehydrated lime wheel, on the patio bar beside a lit fire table.

    Cocktails

    Made the long way

Fresh citrus squeezed daily, house syrups, and no shortcuts. Our bartenders build each drink to order, balanced for the coast.

  • Three whiskey bottles - Willett rye, Hibiki Japanese Harmony, and Weller Full Proof bourbon - lined up on the back bar at Patrick Molloy's.

    Whiskey

    Ninety-odd bottles

Bourbon you can't find on a store shelf, whiskey worth the wait. Ask what's hiding behind the bar.

  • A garnished Bloody Mary with a celery stalk and lime on the bar at Patrick Molloy's.

    Day Drinking

    Built for the afternoon

Bloody Marys, spritzes, and buckets of cold beer for the long, slow hours between the sand and the show.

The Frozen
Irish Coffee

Fresh espresso, Irish whiskey and cream, churned until it's somewhere between a nightcap and dessert. People plan their evening around it. We understand.

  • Penichillin

A block from the sand

This isn't Dublin. It's Hermosa.

Windows open to the ocean air, salt on the breeze, bikes stacked against the rail. We open early enough for eggs and stay loud enough for last call.
